Shipping and Returns
All United State orders are $7.50 plus .25 for any additional item.International orders please email us for shipping cost.
All orders are processed and shipped out within 1-3 days and can take between 1-10 business days to arrive.
Orders will only be shipped when the appropriate payments have been made and cleared by the customer's bank.
Shipping and handling cost are not refundable and Bella's Boutique is not responsible for return shipping.
Bella's Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items once they leave the post office. If the incorrect address is given to us we are also not responsible if the item doesn't arrive. Please contact your local post office for claims.
All sales are final on the Jewelry and Accessories. No exchanges or refunds.
Clothing can only be exchanged NO REFUNDS.
In order for your item to qualify for a return, here are the requirements listed below;
-The item must be sent back to us within 5 days from the date the item was delivered. If we get it after the 5 days we will not exchange the merchandise for store credit.
-Any item purchased with a promotion or discount code is a Final Sale.
-The item must be received in its original condition - unworn (initial try on is acceptable), unwashed, with all tags still attached in their original locations.
-Not smell of ladies perfume/deodorant, please ensure the highest level of care when handling your items while trying on your order.
-Items received not in their original state will automatically be returned to the customer, we reserve all rights to rejecting a returned items if we see fit it does not meet the required conditions.
NOTE: Buyers responsible for shipping of all items back and forth to our location, any and all shipping charges are not eligible for store credit.
-Credit must be used within 30 days of us getting the merchandise.
Customer is responsible for exchange shipping and re shipping package.
